Bagsnatcher terms and conditions
Bagsnatcher AB, corporate ID 556667-1003 (VAT SE556667100301), owns this web site.
Users are those who register with Bagsnatcher to use its services and to place orders.
Shop partners are those who register with Bagsnatcher to set up their own Bagsnatcher shop. Shop partners can earn money selling Bagsnatcher products from their own web shops. A shop partner can also be considered a user.
These terms and conditions include rights and obligations that apply to users and shop partners and what they can expect from Bagsnatcher’s services.
User terms
Users are liable for:
• Ensuring that all information submitted to Bagsnatcher and the web site is accurate and current.
• Monitoring all activity occurring in their accounts.
• Keeping their user names and passwords secure.
When you accept these terms of use, you authorise Bagsnatcher to store your user information.
Bagsnatcher’s services are intended for those ages 18 and older. If you are under age 18, you may only use our services with the permission of a guardian.
Users should send material to the Bagsnatcher system as per the instructions on the web site. Bagsnatcher is entitled to solely determine if the furnished content follows the instructions as stated in a satisfactory manner.
Users must be the copyright holders of material they send to the Bagsnatcher system or they must have permission from the copyright owner to use the material.
Bagsnatcher is not liable for estimated delivery dates due to external circumstances such as subcontractors that Bagsnatcher has no influence over.
Bagsnatcher is not liable for ensuring the web site is always accessible or error free, or that it meets any requirements you may have. Bagsnatcher is entitled to modify the web site’s services at any time without informing users.
Bagsnatcher is entitled to add to, delete from, or change the terms of use.
Bagsnatcher owns the technology that enables the use of its services and grants use of the services as per these terms. Bagsnatcher is entitled to bar those who violate this agreement and to cancel orders.
By accepting these terms and conditions, Bagsnatcher and the user enter into a mutually binding agreement that the terms of use will be followed.
Bagsnatcher processes complaints as per the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Shop partner terms
Shop partners set their own prices. The end-consumer price less VAT minus the base price equals the commission shop partners receive. Commissions come from sales generated by shop partners in the Bagsnatcher system. Sales are compiled regularly in the shop partner’s Bagsnatcher account. Shop partners are liable for any taxes or fees on commissions.
Shop owners can purchase products via their Bagsnatcher shops at the base price and resell to others.
Bagsnatcher is entitled to adjust the base price and inform shop partners when this occurs.
Shop partners are liable for providing accurate personal and address information. If information is found to be false, Bagsnatcher is entitled to revoke any commissions.
Commissions are paid to shop partners’ bank accounts. Shop partners outside Sweden must provide their international bank account number (IBAN) and bank identifier code (BIC/SWIFT code). Companies within the EU must also provide their VAT IDs.
Commissions are paid on the last day of the month assuming they exceed a base amount set by Bagsnatcher. Any fees related to these payments are paid by the shop partners. Bagsnatcher is entitled to change the terms for payment of commissions.
Shop partners are fully liable for any copyright disputes that may arise. Bagsnatcher is not liable for compensating copyright holders. Shop partners are liable for informing us in writing if a third party levels a copyright infringement accusation against a shop partner. Bagsnatcher is entitled to change the shop partner’s product selection in such cases.
Shop partners retain all rights over the material they send to the Bagsnatcher system.
By accepting these terms and conditions, Bagsnatcher and the shop partner enter into a mutually binding agreement that the terms of use will be followed.
If the shop partner has its own terms of use and these terms conflict with Bagsnatcher’s, then Bagsnatcher’s terms will apply.
